    Could you please confirm what date this property is available? We are very interested, but our lease does not expire until 23rd March so would be looking at a move in date of about the 18th March if applied and approved.

      Hi Sandra,

      Thank you for your inquiry. There has been a minor issue with the calendar on upload. The property is available from the 5 Feb 2018. We will be posting up open inspection times tomorrow (starting from the 6th) but are flexible with private viewings as the house will be vacant. I would suggest that it is worth coming and having a look and we can discuss how things would work with your availability date compared with other candidates.
